I stayed at a hotel during Christmas and enjoyed the location due to its proximity to the train station. The hotel staff was polite and courteous, which made my trip even more enjoyable. free breakfast was a wonderful addition and added value to my stay.
My overall experience at the hotel was not satisfactory. The room was not kept up to standard, and lacked proper hygiene.

We had a great location for our trip. It was easy to reach from the train station and convenient for exploring the city. Although some elements of the room were lacking, the staff was helpful and courteous. We appreciated the clean linens, comfortable beds, and AC during the hot weather. the efficient check-in process made for a smooth arrival.
The cleanliness could be improved overall as we encountered issues with insects and hygiene in some areas of the room.
